Processing Time All orders are carefully handcrafted and processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods or events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sacredsisterssanctuaryllc@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
